3.2. Content subject to manual review
There are 32 criteria from Standard UNE-EN 301 549:2022 whose verification requires manual review, which is currently in progress. These include, among others, aspects relating to keyboard navigation (2.1.1), visible focus (2.4.7), screen orientation (1.3.4), content reflow (1.4.10) and non-text contrast (1.4.11). Manual testing is being carried out progressively.

4. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 13 April 2026.
The method used to prepare this statement was a mixed evaluation (automated and heuristic), carried out using the Lúmina audit tool, which analyses the criteria of Standard UNE-EN 301 549:2022 through automated tests (axe-core engine) and provides guidance for the manual review of the remaining criteria.
The automated evaluation examined the website's main page (https://www.fincasas.net/), with the following overall results: 13 criteria passed automatically, 3 requiring technical review and 32 pending manual verification.

5. Planned corrective measures
FINCASAS COSTA BRAVA, S.L. has undertaken the following actions to address the detected non-conformities:
