This luxury villa Urgell is located 4 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Estartit. This long and wide beach of more than 5 km, is ideal for families with children, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. For the more adventurers, the area of L'Estartit is perfect for nature walks, for example to the Montgri Castle or to smaller bays along the coast. The centerpiece of this region are the Illes Medes, small islands in the sea, which you can visit by boat and/or where you can practice diving. The town itself is also worth a visit with its charming downtown and beautiful harbor. To stay at the house is certainly no punishment in the villa Urgell. This has got a lovely private pool with sunbeds to relax on. The spacious garden of 1000 m2 and covered terrace of 18 m2 wide gives you a sense of calm, also thanks to its breathtaking views of the sea and coastline.
