This romantic house Casa Anna is situated in a quiet urbanization about 4 km. of the seaside resort of L'Estartit. This used to be a fishing village where nowadays you can see reflected some of his history. L'Estartit has got a long sandy beach with small islands in the sea, the Medes Islands, where you can go sailing or kayaking (especially recommended for snorkeling/diving lovers!). The streets of L'Estartit take you through its cozy center with his restaurants, shops and harbor, all worth a visit!
The property offers you an atmosphere of calmness and a holiday feeling thanks to its location on the edge of the forest and his wonderfully big, enclosed, garden (1,000 m2), from which you can walk into the woods for a nice walk.
Casa Anna consists of an entrance hall, spacious lounge with dining area, TV (Spanish), fireplace and access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with toilet and shower and one with toilet and bath. There is a garage/storage room where you can find he washing machine.
The comunal pool is situated only 20 meters from the villa.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad met vier volwassenen en een klein kind in dit fijne huis in een rustige buurt. Het was wel steeds opletten met de trappen voor onze kleine maar we genoten ook samen van de ruime tuin en het zwembad aan de overkant van de straat. Het huis is comfortabel, wel iets gedateerd qua bedden en andere meubels en het zou hier en daar wat kleine reparaties kunnen gebruiken. Maar desondanks was er niets dat ons verblijf heeft gehinderd. Op loopafstand vind je een speeltuintje en om de hoek het bos. Supermarkt is op een paar minuten fietsen of autorijden. Bij het strand van Estartit ben je in 10-15 min rijden. We hadden het geluk om wat eerder te kunnen inchecken, zeer gastvrij! Wouter en Lidwien reageerden vanaf het begin vriendelijk en snel. Bedankt voor de fijne vakantie!

Was soll man schreiben - das Haus war für uns einfach perfekt! Der Garten ist groß, die Bäume spenden Schatten, im inneren des Hauses ist es trotz der Außentemperaturen kühl, die Ausstattung paßt und die Strasse ist absolut ruhig! Wir werden wiederkommen....

Agréable séjour à la Casa Anna. Maison confortable parfaitement équipée : tv, cafetière, micro ondes … Grand jardin avec des pins qui permet d’être a l’ombre même en journée. Nous avons pu également profiter de la piscine commune. Quartier vraiment très calme, aucun bruit aux alentours. Nous avons eu également un très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée !! Je vous recommande ce logement !

Merci infiniment pour ce séjour extraordinaire que nous avons passé à découvrir la Costa Brava !!! ???????????????????? Celui-ci a bien commencé par notre accueil dans une maison bien fraîche malgré la chaleur extérieure et un gentil cadeau de bienvenue !! ???????????? La maison est parfaitement placée au calme, à l ombre des pins parasol et proche de la piscine de la résidence ainsi que des commodités. L hôte est joignable à tout moment et répond très vite à nos diverses interrogations. Il nous tarde qu une chose: y retourner !! ????????????
