Mont Mar 3 is a semi-detached property located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood of 14 houses. This family house is located about 4 km. outside the charming seaside resort of L'Estartit. It has a long, wide beach of more than 5 km, which is ideal for families with children, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea.
You can always opt for a quiet day at the common pool overlooking the Montgrí castle and the mountains. At the back of the house you can find a lovely private garden with patio, adjacent to the forest, where you can make beautiful walks.
Mont Mar 3 includes a garage on the ground floor where there is also the washing machine. On the 1st floor you have the spacious living room with dining area, fireplace, TV (Dutch satellite) and access to the terrace with view of the swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings. Therefore on this floor you have an open kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker. There is also a double bedroom and bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor are two double bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, and a second bathroom. Adjacent to one of the bedrooms, you have a large terrace with a beautiful view of the area.

Rien à dire tout était parfait, la maison , l'emplacement au calme , la vue imprenable sur la vallée de l'Estartit, les équipements de la maison ... la piscine au top ! un séjour très sympathique en famille . on reviendra !

We had a wonderful stay - thankyou! The house was just what we needed after some hectic times in Barcelona. The rental management hosts were always quick to respond and really helpful. It was great to be a few kms away from the lively tourist town, so we could relax, cool down and enjoy the view onto the valley. We mostly had the pool to ourselves and the neighbours were really friendly and gave some great tips for places to visit, word of mouth stuff that is not found in the tourist guides. We would go back.

Hola Wouter. Muchas gracias por todo, habéis conseguido que sean unos días estupendos para nosotros. Incluso con el imprevisto que vivimos. El hecho de que nos ofrecierais otro alojamiento o un descuento, sumado a que nos dejastéis dejar la casa a las 12h, hace que hayamos salido muy contentos de nuestras vacaciones. En estos detalles es donde se fideliza a un cliente y vosotros lo habéis conseguido. El trato perfecto, la comunicaciók inmejorable…en definitiva todo perfecto. Así que mil gracias!!! Locatie en huisje zijn samen met zwembad uitermate geschikt voor een gezin. Als uitvalsbasis naar het strand, lokale markten, Waterworld, Barcelona, wandelen(hiken) was dit huis nabij l’ Estartit ideaal. Het zwembad werd prima bijgehouden. Supermarkten waren dichtbij. Kortom; dit huis is een aanrader voor een fijne vakantie!
