Mont Mar 13 is a semi-detached property located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood of 14 houses. This family house is located about 4 km. outside the charming seaside resort of L'Estartit. It has a long, wide beach of more than 5 km, which is ideal for families with children, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea.

The town itself is also worth a visit with its charming downtown and beautiful harbor. You can always opt for a quiet day at the common pool overlooking the Montgrí castle and the mountains.

At the back of the house you can find a lovely private garden with patio, adjacent to the forest, where you can make beautiful walks.
