Casa Meditteranea owes its name to the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, with the famous Medes Islands (Illes Medes), the harbor of L'Estartit, and, of course, the Spanish sun. This beautiful luxury holiday house, with private swimming pool, is located on the mountain in the lovely urbanization Roca Maura. This location offers you peace and calmness, while within 5 minutes (by car) you are already arrive at the center of L'Estartit.
A good recommendation is not only to visit L'Estartit and its beautiful sandy beach, but also have a day of touring around the region to discover villages (with lovely bays) such as Begur, Pals and Peratallada, all within a 20 km radius! The property has on the front a lovely big terrace with breathtaking view of the sea and, not to forget, you can find at the back its own private pool (6x3 m) with surrounding terrace with sunloungers.
Casa Mediterranea has the following format: Under the house is a spacious garage. A staircase takes you to the living room with doors to the terrace, (gas) fireplace and a television. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances, and on this floor is also the guest bathroom. One floor up there are 3 double bedrooms, of which 2 have access to a large balcony, with of course, sea views, and 2 bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet. From this floor you have direct access to the terrace behind the house with the private swimming pool. The house has got available air conditioning/heating in all rooms.

Le logement était tout à fait conforme à la description. Propre et agréable. Jolie vue et piscine bien agréable au retour de la plage.la maison est située au pied des poubelles du quartier( y compris les bouteilles en verre)ce qui amène des nuisances de bruits et d odeurs. La casa mediterranéa est vraiment fidèle aux photos avec une vue incroyable sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse. le quartier est très calme. la maison est très bien équipée et très bien disposée. Les deux terrasses, l'une avec la piscine coté montagne et l'autre coté mer sont vraiment tops le seul petit hic, en fonction des habitants (tout petit ou personnes agées) la maison est sur plusieurs étages donc escalier pour relier piscine, chambre, salle à manger/cuisine. un autre point d'attention est que la maison est en haut d'une colline donc impossible d'envisager de séjourner sans voiture (accès plage et centre villes, commerces). nous avons en tout cas passé un sejour très agréable car la maison est pensée pour les vacances. je recommande sans hésiter. l'hote Wouter est très réactif et très agréable dans la communication

Tout est conforme aux photos (avec en plus un petit salon de jardin sur la terrasse vue mer qui n était pas en photo). La vue est superbe sur le port. La plage est a 4 minutes en voiture c est ideal, l environnement est tres calme, on peut dormir fenetres ouvertes sans soucis. nous avons eu une petite question sur l entretien de la piscine la réponse est arrivée tres vite, bonne réactivité. la climatisation est tres performante. Le matériel cuisine est bien fourni. juste attention le garage fermé n est pas accessible si vous ́n'avez pas de 4x4 car le trottoir pour y accéder est trop haut. mais vous pouvez vous garer devant la maison sans soucis

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It’s very comfortable and spacious, with absolutely stunning views of the beach, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Although the location offers incredible views, it is at the top of a hill, so having a car is definitely advisable. Overall, it was a great experience. Suggestions or improvements: The only downside was that we were charged extra for towels and bed linen, and the towels weren’t the best quality.

Casa preciosa, muy limpia con muchos detalles, creo que por precio la ropa de cama y las toallas de baño deberían entrar, pero solo es una visión mía, es una casa no barata pero sus vistas valen el dinero pagado y la calma que allí existe. Volveríamos sin pensaelo

Villa très spacieuse et bien aménagée (nous étions 5) avec 2 terrasses et une vue magnifique sur les îles mèdes. Un très bon point de chute pour visiter les alentours et la côte catalane (nous y étions hors saison). Je recommande.

Wouter und Liduin sind ganz tolle Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war immer zügig und auf den Punkt genau! Die Immobilie war der Wahnsinn. Sowohl von der Lage, die tolle Aussicht, die Ausstattung als auch der Pool. Es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht! Der Check-in und Check-out waren jeweils sehr flexibel möglich. Hier haben beide große Rücksicht auf unsere Wünsche genommen. Wir würden wieder kommen!
