This well maintained semi-detached house is situated in a quiet urbanisation about 4 km. from the coastal town of L'Estartit.
This used to be a fishing village where you can still see the characteristics of the past. The long sandy beach with the Medes Islands, small islands in the sea, offers you the opportunity to go sailing or kayaking (especially recommended for diving enthusiasts!).
The streets of L'Estartit lead you to the cosy centre with restaurants, shops and the harbour, definitely worth a visit! You can also exchange the beach for a pool, because the guests of Casa Gaudir have free access to a large communal pool, located about 200 meters away.

Casa Gaudir has 2 floors: On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sofa, TV, air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace. Kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine and a toilet. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Furthermore, one bedroom has a large terrace with a nice view. On this floor you will also find the bathroom with toilet and shower. You can park your car on the grounds of the house.

Séjour en famille au top. L’accès à la piscine du quartier est un gros plus, à deux pas de la maison. Seul petit bémol : les lumières à l’extérieur ne sont pas suffisantes pour dîner et passer du temps sur la terrasse le soir.

c'est la troisième fois que nous venins dans cette maison donc on peut garantir que nous sommes contents ! les lits sont bons et les équipements ok. il ne manque que d'installer des moustiquaires dans les deux chambres.

Vam passar un dies genials, la casa és àmplia amb un gran jardí amb sofàs i para-sol per relaxar-se! la piscina comunitària està molt bé i te unes vistes molt bones! Un lloc per repetir! moltes gràcies

Très belle maison avec un tres bon rapport qualité prix nous avons passé 10 jours et c’était vraiment parfait dans endroit tres calme avec l’accès a la piscine pour les enfants, un petit peu loin de commerce mais c’est ne qu’un minim detail sinon la maison très propre et spacieuse parfait pour une grande famille

Zeer fijn verblijf! Directe en eerlijke communicatie voor tijdens en na het verblijf. Zeker een fijne woning voor als je even volledig tot rust wilt komen. Aanrader!

super vacances passées à la Casa Gaudir. tout confort et très propre. Le quartier est calme avec une belle vue sur les environs. La piscine de la résidence a été appréciée par toute la famille. Nous recommandons la maison de Wouter????
