This very well maintained holiday home is located in a small neighborhood of 18 houses near the forest, about 5 km. from the beautiful sandy beach and the center of L'Estartit. This seaside resort was once an old fishing village and today it has become a popular holiday destination. With its pleasant shopping streets, the boulevard and lively port makes it worth a visit! And we must not forget its long sandy beach where you can kayak, kite surf, snorkel, sail, ... or where you can choose to stay on a towel to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea with his Spanish sun.
You can also swap the sea for a swimming pool! Because Casa Carmen has a nice communal pool located on the edge of a forest, creating a relaxing atmosphere. You can find a restaurant 300 meters from the house and at approximately 2 km. is a supermarket with bakery.
Casa Carmen has a lovely terrace with BBQ. The house has three floors. On the ground floor are the living/dining room with fireplace, TV (Spanish channels) and doors to the balcony which offers a magnificent view over the countryside. There is a open kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer. On the ground floor is a double bedroom. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one with a balcony with stunning views, and a luxurious bathroom. Under the house is a floor with the second bathroom with laundry room.

La zona es súper tranquila para desconectar y disfrutar en familia. La casa muy cómoda y la urbanización también. Todo muy bien con la descripción de la casa, y el trato de la agencia excelente. Repetiría sin duda.

Hôte très réactif et accueillant. Logement conforme à la description. la piscine est super. Des jolies plages à 10min ainsi que des restaurants et commerces. Grande terrasse agréable. Malgré la climatisation dans la maison, il faisait cependant assez chaud à l'étage. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous recommanderons ce logement les yeux fermés.

La ubicación es perfecta como punto de partida hacia diferentes zonas de la Costa Brava, si lo que prefieres es estar tranquilo, la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Las instalaciones de la piscina son una pasada, parece que estás en medio del bosque. Las camas no son demasiado cómodas y se debería considerar ya que es un punto imprescindible para el buen descanso.

View moreThe only element that is important to consider is that the house is a 3 floors one (main floor with living room, kitchen, a bedroom and access to the terrace / 1st floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom / underground with a bathroom) with no bathroom in the main floor. If you travel with young kids or older people, this can be asomething to consider.
Except than this, the community where the house is, is nice, nature around with a pool. The check-in and communication process with the agency was smooth. And the location is fine, not so far from the beach or stores (by car).
We had a very good week.
