This cozy house is situated in a quiet urbanization about 4 km. of the seaside resort of L'Estartit. This used to be a fishing village where nowadays you can see reflected some of his history. L'Estartit has got a long sandy beach with small islands in the sea, the Medes Islands, where you can go sailing or kayaking (especially recommended for snorkeling/diving lovers!).
The streets of L'Estartit take you through its cozy center with his restaurants, shops and harbor, all worth a visit! If you want to change the Mediterrean Sea for a swimming pool, that's no problem for Casa Bosqueta, as it has at 400 m. of the house the large communal swimming pool (free card of entry is present in the property).
The property is located in front of the forest, where you can enjoy beautiful walks, and at the back you have a nice garden with a terrace where you have the beautiful view. Casa Bosqueta has 2 floors: on the ground floor are the living room with fireplace, satellite TV and patio doors to the terrace. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, four-burner stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and (Senseo) coffee.On the 1st floor are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and balcony and one with 2 single beds, and the renovated bathroom with toilet and bath. The car can be parked in front of the house

Casa ubicata in un drive in collina; zona tranquilla e lontana dal caos di l'estartit. Begur ed altri villaggi medioevali nel giro di 15 km; perfetta a livello logistico.

La casa es tal cómo anuncian, está muy limpia y la zona es muy tranquila. Si tuviera que poner una pega sería que la piscina siempre estaba sucia, pero está en otros apartamentos independientes de la casa.....

Logement dans petit lotissement tranquille, piscine partagée très agréable à 5mn à pied. L’Estartit est à 15mn en voiture, c’est une petite ville balnéaire très familiale très chouette. Supermarché à la sortie du lotissement à 5mn en voiture. Bon emplacement pour visiter le coin et passer des journées tranquilles aussi. Pour les habitués AirBnB, attention le linge de maison est en supplément

Prima verblijf gehad in dit leuke huisje voor een bezoek aan dit mooie gedeelte van de Costa Brava! Ligging perfect voor een avondje uit eten in L'Estartit en ook de stranden richting Pals zijn van hieruit met de auto prima bereikbaar. Goede bedden, lekkere douche, wifi werkt uitstekend en voor de rest is alles aanwezig. Ook mooi gedeeld zwembad in de buurt. Gastheer en -vrouw zijn attent en toen er bij aankomst wat bleek te zijn misgegaan met het beddengoed was dit binnen een uur geregeld. Een aanrader dus!

We had a lovely stay. The house is charming and is right next to the woods and mountain, which is amazing when you travel with a dog. Bear in mind that big costs are to be added to the final price due to some basic amenities not being provided (bed clothes, towels, ventilator, hand soap, very limited toilet paper - 1 roll for 2 people / 3 nights). The extra fee for a pet is also high (45 EUR). Hosts at the agency were very welcoming and helpful. We understand that this information is already included on the advert but perhaps is not so common for the usual Airbnb traveller.

Hem estat molt bé! La casa està just al costat d'un bosc, i a 5 minuts en cotxe de l'Estartit, el lloc és fantàstic! La casa és com es descriu, ha estat una nestada molt agradable!

View moreLa villa est très confortable et très bien équipée, la piscine très bien entretenue. Le quartier est calme et très «multiethnique» (Allemands, Britanniques, Néerlandais, Français...). L'Estartit est bien située pour visiter la Costa Brava (Girone, Figueres, ruines gréco-romaines d'Emporion...); à mi-chemin entre Barcelone et la France, elle permet en moins de deux heures de route d'aller visiter la capitale de la Catalogne ou d'aller faire une virée au Roussillon (Perpignan, Collioure...) Je recommanderais sans hésiter cette villa et les autres produits de l'agence Fincasas à des parents et amis.
jammer was er in estartit nog niet heel veel geopend in de paasvakantie, ook heeft belgie andere weken dan bv frankrijk, toch een heel leuke omgeving goede uitvalbasis om bv naar escala, sa riera, sa tuna, pals, roses,... enz te gaan, fincasas was gesloten toen we de maandag aankwamen, maar de eigenaar kwam zonder moeite naar het agendschap om ons de sleutels te overhandigen,... goede en vlotte service,... zo tevreden dat ik al aan het kijken ben om de boeken voor volgend jaar!
