Description
This cozy house is situated in a quiet urbanization about 4 km. of the seaside resort of L'Estartit. This used to be a fishing village where nowadays you can see reflected some of his history. L'Estartit has got a long sandy beach with small islands in the sea, the Medes Islands, where you can go sailing or kayaking (especially recommended for snorkeling/diving lovers!). The streets of L'Estartit take you through its cozy center with his restaurants, shops and harbor, all worth a visit!
If you want to change the Mediterrean Sea for a swimming pool, that's no problem for Casa Atenas, as it has at 400 m. of the house the large communal swimming pool (free card of entry is present in the property).
The property is located in front of the forest, where you can enjoy beautiful walks, and at the back you have a nice garden with a terrace where you have the beautiful view. Casa Atenas has 2 floors: on the ground floor are the living room with fireplace and patio doors to the terrace and the open kitchen. On the 1st floor are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and balcony and one with 2 sibgle beds, and the bathroom with toilet and bath.
The car can be parked in front of the house.

Maison très agréable et très bien située, accès facile à la (très grande) piscine de la résidence, et proximité de la mer. Nous y retournerons !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns hat die Lage außerhalb des Städtchens direkt am Naturschutzgebiet sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sehr unkompliziert.

Un agréable séjour à Estartit. Une maison typique espagnole,simple et comme sur les photos,située dans les hauteurs et près de la forêt. Certes il faut impérativement la voiture pour se déplacer et aller faire les courses, aller à la mer..mais on était dans un quartier très calme avec une jolie vue de la terrasse de la chambre.des chemins de randonnées à pieds ou à vélo devant la porte près de la forêt de pins. La société immobilière INCASAS qui gère la maison sont très professionnels, réactifs à toutes demandes et nous avons apprécié les petits cadeaux de bienvenue ( biscrocs pour nos chiennes et une bouteille de champagne )

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Wouter. De locatie is uitstekend. Een mooi natuurgebied start aan het huisje. Ook het strand is vlakbij. Het was er rustig. De tuin was ideaal voor onze hond. Ook de communicatie verliep heel vlot.

We had a great time at the place. The place was very clean. There is an outdoor space and it's right next to a big forest and our dog loves this. We loved going to explore it as well! There was also a bottle of cava waiting for us. Thank you, we enjoyed it. You can also use the community pool, we didn’t use it as we were always at the beach but this is definitely a plus. The house is about 8-10 minutes from the city center of l’estartit. Very close to the supermarket. Great location for us! You will definitely need a car though. Overall small but perfect house for 4 people with pets. In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook and a sponge and some washing soap. Calm and quiet neighborhood. Suggestions or improvements: Make sure to bring your own towels and bed sheets if you want to pay less.

View moreUbicación genial, en lo alto de la montaña, necesario coche pero compensa muchísimo los paseos geniales que salen por detrás de la casa hacia el Estartit, Roca Maura, Castillo Torroella, ....un oásis mediterráneo. Una urbanización muy tranquila. Piscina a 3 min. andando con unas vistas geniales! A pesar de los días calurosos habriendo las ventanas y balcón se genera un frescor muy agradable. Muy recomendable. El único pero las 2 camas individuales que miden 1'80 y en nuestro caso se quedan cortas, lo demás genial.
