The corner house Casa Alicia is quietly located in area of Solric about 4 km from the beach and centre of the old fishing village of L'Estartit.
Casa Alicia is a very well maintained house with a lovely garden with several seating areas.
The house consists of: entrance, living room with dining area, TV with Spanish channels and French doors to the garden.
Kitchen with all equipment, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom 'en suite' with toilet and shower, bedroom with 2 single beds, a third bedroom with 1 small single bed and second bathroom toilet and shower. From the living room a staircase leads to the mezzanine with a sofa bed.
In the backyard, with beautiful views, are several terraces with seating and dining table. There is also a terrace at the front of the house.
The car can be parked on the driveway.
Not unimportant: the shared swimming pool is only 50 metres from the house!
L'Estartit is a lively seaside resort and is known for its beautiful sandy beach where you can undertake various activities: you can snorkel, dive, windsurf, sunbathe or go for a (full moon) horse ride. The centre of L'Estartit consists of cosy streets with shops, souvenir shops and sunny terraces where you can enjoy an ice cream or a tapa.
To soak up the Spanish atmosphere, you can also opt for medieval villages such as Begur, Peratallada or Pals, all within 20 km. For true culture lovers, a day in Girona with its city walls, cathedral and old Jewish quarter or Figueres with Salavador Dalí's famous museum are highly recommended.

La casa esta genial. La descripción es realista, esta bastante equipada y cuidada. Tiene una piscina de la comunidad que también esta bien. El aparcamiento es algo estrecho pero se aparca bien. Esta cerca del pueblo, autovia y supermercados, tardas 2 min en coche

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement était conforme à l'annonce, propre, confortable et bien situé. L'hôte a été accueillant, réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Nettes Häuschen mit schönem Blick auf die Küste. Ausstattung ist gut, alle Schlafzimmer sind leider etwas eng. Suggestions or improvements: Eine Klimaanlage wäre toll, aber da sind Ventilatoren in den Wohnung. Der Parkplatz ist nicht für große Autos geeignet.

La casa cumple con lo que promete, la zona es fantástica y muy cerca de todo lo que se necesita. A pesar de que todo fue muy bien, el precio nos pareció un poco excesivo por los servicios que ofrece el alojamiento (nos parece fuera de lugar que por más de 200€/noche no se incluyan sábanas y toallas), aunque entendemos que en temporada alta todos los precios son altos.

In juni twee heerlijke weken doorgebracht in dit comfortabele en gezellig ingerichte huis met compleet ingerichte keuken, fijn groot bed, prima badkamers en buiten mooie terrassen met uitzicht op zee. Prima verblijf. Suggestions or improvements: Ventilatoren deden goed hun werk maar airco zou echt een groot pluspunt zijn om het comfort te vergroten.
