This holiday appartment is located in the urbanization "Els Griells", just outside L'Estartit; the perfect location to escape from the tourist crowds, but where you can still go to the center within 15 minutes. The beautiful beach boulevard takes you along the beach to the old fishing village to end at the active port. In the urbanization Els Griells you can find a supermarket within walking distance.

Changing the Mediterranean Sea for a swimming pool is not a problem with Tulipa 3, because of his communal swimming pool and large garden which you have direct access to from the terrace.

Tulipa 3 (30 m2) is located on the ground floor, from the balcony (located on the end of a dead-end street) offers views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment  includes a living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV (Spanish), airconditioning and entrance to the balcony. There is a nice kitchen, a sleeping area with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet.
