La Gola 25 is an apartment located in the sea resort L'Estartit. A walk of 5 minutes brings you to the wonderful sandy beach where you can swim in crystal clear water to then afterwards relax at one of the several beach bars with a glass of "Sangria" enjoying the Spanish sun.
The center of Estartit is composed of several restaurants where you can have a nice lunch/dinner, cozy streets to wander through and a boulevard that leads to the harbour, all within walking distance.
This beautiful apartment is located in a well maintained complex with large swimming pool and sunbathing area. It is located on the 2nd floor, from the spacious terrace you can overlook the pool.
La Gola 25 consists of a living room with dining table, TV (Spanish), airconditioning and entrance to the sunny terrace. The open kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with toilet, bath/shower, sink, bidet and washing machine. The two bedrooms both are with two single beds.

We boeken nu al bijna 7 jaar bij Fincansas en we hebben het enorm naar onze zin. Dit jaar zaten we bij nummer 25 in plaats van 24. Dit huisje is ons uitstekend bevallen, ook omdat dit huisje airconditioning heeft. Hier hebben we soms lekker gebruik van gemaakt. Het is een ruim huisje en van alle gemakken voorzien. We voelen ons er echt thuis. Het zwembad blijft heerlijk. Nooit te druk en het hele pand wordt enorm netjes schoon gehouden. Het ruikt er dag in dag uit heerlijk fris. Suggestions or improvements: Ik persoonlijk vind de bedden niet zo fijn slapen, en het zijn 2 1x persoonsbedden naast elkaar, dat vind ik zelf jammer. Verder geen verbeteringen! Ok kom hier met alle plezier en liefde weer terug!

Appartement propre et bien localisé, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et des commerces. La piscine est agréable et la climatisation bienvenue pendant les fortes chaleurs !
