Catarina Uno is a beautifully renovated apartment located in the village L'Estartit. The jewel of this place is, without any doubts, its magnificent views from the spacious terrace of the Mediterranean Sea, the Medes Islands and the port.
In less than a 5 minutes walk you will arrive at the animated center with cozy streets where you can stroll through and terraces where you can order a nice cold "cerveza". The resort of L'Estartit is known for its lively port with nice restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach of more than 5 km long, all within walking distance.
The complex has a lovely swimming pool with sunbathing area where you can also enjoy the great view. Catarina Uno consists of a spacious living room with (Spanish) TV, dining area and entrance to the terrace. In the separate kitchen you can find a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are also 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment is completely renovated and tastefully decorated. Furthermore, you have access to a private parking space in front of the complex.

Appartement agréable, balcon très bien et vue magnifique. Bonne literie, salle de bain pratique et tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine. Belle montée pour arriver sur le lieu mais le port et la plage sont proches.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très spacieux, calme et à proximité de toutes commodités. Wouter est un hôte très réactif qui a toujours su répondre à nos interrogations. La vue depuis le logement est splendide et la piscine commune un réel plus. 2 petits bémols cependant sont à noter, le manque de climatisation nous a fait passer deux nuits très difficiles du fait de la chaleur excessive. De même le balcon est un petit peu étroit pour accueillir 6 personnes. Au-delà de ça, nous sommes ravis de nos vacances et reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci Wouter

Fijne plek om na een dagje strand of avondwandeling door de straatjes van Estartit terug te trekken. Je kan de drukte opzoeken in het stadje of strand, maar ook heerlijk ontspannen op balkon of bij het zwembad. Ontbijten op het balkon is een perfecte start van de dag. Parkeerplaatsen zijn niet groot.

Le logement est très bien agencé, spacieux (nous étions 5 adultes) et bien placé. La vue est incroyable et la piscine est un vrai plus. Je recommande ce logement et l’hôte Wouter pour sa disponibilité!

We especially liked the great view on the sea from the balcony. The flat is equipped with everything you need and the neighbourhood is relaxed and quite. In 5 minutes walking distance you are in the nice city of Estartit and at the beach. Communication with Liduin and Wouter is easy.

Prachtig en smaakvol ingericht appt, zalig zicht op zee, heel fijn terras. De keuken was uitstekend uitgerust en voorzien van alle comfort. Een kleine steile klim naar boven maar verder perfect. De tuin werd perfect onderhouden en het zwembad had iets van een infinity pool! Suggestions or improvements: De deur van de badkamer zou anders mogen. Het is erg gehorig en geeft geen privacy. We hadden de indruk dat er een ventilatiesysteem is, maar dat dat niet werkt? Het was 's nachts nog erg fris (april) en er waren geen donsdekens voorzien. De fleece dekentjes die er waren waren niet voldoende.

Onze overnachting in dit appartement maakte onze trip compleet! Al in verschillende appartementen in Spanje mogen verblijven, maar dit appartement overtreft alles. De sfeer, de ruimte, de locatie en ligging, dit appartement heeft alles wat je wilt en nodig hebt. Het contact met de host was meer dan perfect. Reageert snel, denkt met je mee en is erg vriendelijk. Wij zouden dit appartement iedereen aanraden. Wij komen snel weer heel graag terug!

Appartement très agréable bien équipé avec vue imprenable. Petite résidence très accueillante Le petit hic est l’absence de climatisation surtout que nous y avons été en semaine très chaude heureusement que l’air de la mer circule!!

Ein sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort. Der Pool ist sauber. Die Lage ist sehr günstig gelegen zur Fußgängerzone, zum Strand ist es etwas weiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt.

Superbe appartement, idéalement placé dans la statiion balnéaire. Propreté impeccable à l'arrivée. Décoration marine superbe. Equipement complet à l'intérieur, il manque juste un barbecue ou une plancha sur la terrasse et ce serait parfait !

Wat voelden ons welkom voor een paar dagen in dit fijne zeer complete appartement met prachtig uitzicht! Heel fijne uitvalsbasis voor Idyllische baaitjes, restaurant UM op het Pals strand, of Sa Tuna (beter wordt t niet). Kids genoten van t heerlijke zwembad. Deed me denken aan Melrose Place????????

Nous avons découvert cette région d'Espagne qui et juste magnifique. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. La location est vraiment conforme à l'annonce, l'emplacement idéal avec une vue à couper le souffle.

Het appartement en vooral het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig. De verhuurder is uiterst behulpzaam, de stroom was een keer uitgevallen en binnen 15 min had een monteur het opgelost. Top organisatie!

L'emplacement : Le centre-ville est accessible à pied (prévoir une petite côte au retour, mais ça se fait très bien !).
L'appartement : Très propre, parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description. La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée en ustensiles, ce qui est un vrai plus au quotidien.
La résidence : La piscine est top et très agréable pour se rafraîchir.
De locatie was top, ook het appartement voldeed aan alle voorwaarden voor een super vakantie!
