Vue panoramique EXCEPTIONNELLE sur la plage de l'Estartit. Proche de toutes commodités. Appart fonctionnel, moderne et très bien équipé malgré un mobilier un peu vieillot. Parking privé bien utile avec 1 place attribuée par appart. Les couloirs et les ascenseurs très bien entretenus. Mais rien ne manque pour un séjour agréable... A part peut être une piscine... Sur place on a eu à faire à l'agence immobilière FINCASAS. Rien a redire. Accueil courtois, petite bouteille de Cava en cadeau de bienvenue dans le frigo 😉

Appartement ligt op een top locatie, direct aan het strand. Geweldig uitzicht op de Medes eilanden. Suggestions or improvements: Sommige delen van het interieur verdienen nog wel wat aandacht, maar heeft zeker geen invloed gehad op een geweldige vakantie die we hebben gehad.

Appartement is ruim en ligt perfect voor de zon ; wel wat verouderd maar het stoorde ons niet . Supermarkt en bakker vlakbij - leuke strandbar vlak voor -goede communicatie met Wouter .

View moreEetgelegenheden en winkels, allemaal op loopafstand. Bedden prima. Mooie badkamer. Goede stoelen op het balkon. Afgeschermde eigen parkeerplaats bij het complex. Hele prettige manier van communicatie, bereikbaarheid en medewerking van Wouter en Liduin.
El apartamento Catalunya 1 frente a la playa nos ha gustado mucho, por la ubicación, todos los utensilios disponibles, la limpieza, el espacio, la comodidad , el parking, el detalle del cava en la nevera como bienvenida... además es una zona preciosa. Lástima no haber tenido más días para disfrutarlo. Sin duda nos gustaría repetir cuando vayamos de nuevo por la zona. Muchas gracias !!
