The apartment Catala 40 is situated on the mountainside just behind the centre of the cosy village of L'Estartit. You can walk to the centre, but returning to the flat is a big climb. Fortunately, the flat has its own parking space. So the car is never far away.
Catala 40 consists of a living room with a fireplace, fantastic sea view and a small balcony, nice kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed). Aire conditioning only in the hall way. Both bedrooms have access to the bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. A staircase leads up to the terrace. Again, of course, there is an incredible view. This terrace with sofas and dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail or a delicious dinner.

Le village est sympa. L’appartement a une âme, superbe vue mer, grande terrasse avec lumière pour le soir. Sdb refaite. Wouter prend des nouvelles et on peut le solliciter. Pour aller en ville il suffit de faire 300m pour tomber sur la rue principale des commerces et un bon restaurant accolé à un hôtel ****. Par contre la pente est raide pour le retour + des marches, peu sportifs s’abstenir. La place de parking privé à proximité est très pratique. Dommage que les draps et serviettes ne soient pas comprise vue le tarif. Climatisation agréable et nécessaire. On a passé un bon moment, je recommande !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, logement accessible à pied, avec une belle vue. Nous avons apprécié le toit terrasse, le parking privé. Le logement est très bien situé, il est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre ville.

Wouter heeft ons super geholpen als er iets kapot was en alles binnen een dag opgelost. Het uitzicht is zo mooi en Estartit is natuurlijk ook heel gezellig. Ook de Prive parkeerplaats en het dakterras is top. Misschien het enigste minpuntje wat wij kunnen benoemen is het aantal trappen naar het huisje toe. Voor mensen die slecht te been zijn zal dit wel lastig zijn. Maar verder een prima huisje waar je heerlijk een aantal dagen kan vertoeven.

Appartement met zeer mooi uitzicht op de haven en het strand veel trappen om aan het appartement te komen verder was alles perfect. mooie omgeving met veel restaurants.

Amazing views from the living room, bedroom and of course the comfy rooftop. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants nearby. There is a dedicated parking spot for the flat. Kitchen has basic pots, pans etc.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und der Dachterrasse ist die beste, die ich jemals hatte. Zu Fuß ist der Weg zur Wohnung kurz, aber steil. Es gibt eine Basisausstattung mit Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer sowie Spülmittel, Geschirrhandtuch, Lappen etc.. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und einwandfrei. Das Bett war für uns persönlich etwas klein (1,40 oder 1,60 breit). Alles in allem war ich traurig, die Unterkunft zu verlassen, weil sie mir sehr gefallen hat.

We hebben net 11 dagen in Catala 40 verbleven en alles wat er eerder over is geschreven is waar. Fijn appartement met een heerlijk dakterras en een fantastisch uitzicht over de baai van Estartit. Het is rustig gelegen en binnen 10 minuten sta je in de winkelstraat. Bed slaapt goed en de regendouche is na een dag strand heerlijk. Groot voordeel is ook de eigen parkeerplaats bij het appartement. Echt een top bestemming, aanrader! Voor ons een dikke 10. Wouter is een fijne gastheer en altijd bereikbaar.

Casa muy acogedora, con unas vistas inmejorables, en zona tranquila, pasamos 4 noches de ensueño, totalmente equipada y muy limpia, totalmente recomendable para descansar y desconectar unos días. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

L'appartement est bien situé, on peut facilement se rendre à pied à la plage et dans le centre d'Estartit. La place de parking est un vrai plus. La vue depuis l'appartement et sur la terrasse est exceptionnelle.

Wunderschöner Blick von der Dachterasse, allerdings ein sehr steiler Berg . Aber ansonsten sehr schnell alles zu Fuß zu erreichen . Sparmarkt, Shopping und natürlich Strand. Kommunikation war ebenfalls super easy. Kleine Ergänzung: Die Wohnung bzw. das Wohnzimmer sieht auf den Bilder etwas größer aus , als es tatsächlich ist .

Emplacement incroyable et privilégié sur les hauteurs offrant une vue panoramique imprenable sur l’Estartit (port, grande plage, ville) depuis le salon ET le rooftop. Mention spéciale pour l’immense rooftop privé ! - Appartement parfaitement équipé, mobilier relativement rustique. - L’hôte est très abordable et réactif en cas de souci. - La place de parking privée est un vrai plus car il est très compliqué de se garer à proximité. Conclusion : Un appartement qui remplit tous les critères, sans mauvaise surprise et qui nous offre une vue somptueuse.

La ubicación y las vistas son inmejorables. La casa es muy bonita y bien distribuida, las terrazas fantásticas. El parking le da mucho valor añadido. Aunque hay que subir una cuesta muy pronunciada en un momento estas en el centro del pueblo. Muy bien comunicado. Rutas de senderismo al lado. Anfitriones muy amables que nos ha indicado perfectamente cómo llegar al lugar y cómo movernos por la zona. Hemos quedado encantados. Volveremos

Wouter and his team were very eager to help us out with everything we needed. The apartment has a super nice view and a terrace with sea views. It is a very homey and comfortable space with a new kitchen. A big plus was also the parking space 🙂
