The pool is heated by sun panels from 15th of April until 15th of October.. From the garden you can of course also enjoy the fantastic view!
Casa Blanca B is a very well maintained apartment with a large living room with comfortable sitting area around the fireplace, TV , dining area and sliding doors to the large terrace with sea view and a barbecue. The separate kitchen is equipped with all appliances and there is also a utility room with washing machine and storage space. There is a "master bedroom" (double bed, bathroom and small balcony) and a "suite" (with shower and toilet). Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 each have 2 single beds. Furthermore there are 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and shower and one with toilet and bath/shower. Casa Blanca B can be reached via stairs downstairs.

Super séjour dans ce grand appartement (avec une vue splendide sur les îles Mendes). Appartement proche du centre, mais en hauteur ce qui demande un petit effort (mais rien d'insurmontable). je recommande cette appartement pour les grands groupes.

Amoureux de l’estartit j’ai trouvé ce logement au top … Une vue incroyable 😍🥰 Les chambres sont grandes les Sdb sympa Et la pièce à vivre très pratique pour notre séjour de 4 couples . Nous avons même allumé le bbq et la cheminée ! Seul regret la piscine était fermée , a Pâques c’est normal 😉 Merci encore Je recommande vivement Didier

Nous recherchions une location sur la costa Brava en cette période de vacances. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement de Wouter qui se trouve dans une résidence de 4 appartements. La vue depuis la terrasse est splendide sur la baie d'Estartit et les iles Medes. L'appartement B est très éclairé grâce à 2 baies vitrés et une grande terrasse. 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain rendent le séjour facile, même à plusieurs. Cuisine avec buanderie séparée très pratique. La piscine est très belle. Il y a également un baby-foot et une table de ping-pong. Petit bémol, l'isolation phonique est très légère, nous avons pu participer à la vie et aux soirées des occupants du dessus ! L'accès à la ville se faire en 10/15 minutes à pieds en utilisant un escalier qui permet de rejoindre le bas de la ville. Possibilité de se baigner à plage d'Estartit, possibilité de randonnées au nord et au sud de la ville (Bégur, 25 minutes en voiture) Baptème de plongée et snorkeling possibles également. Bars et restaurants sympathiques bordent le port.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana maravilloso. El apartamento era muy amplio, bien distribuido, con mucha luz y buena ventilacion, pero las vistas y la tranquilidad del entorno han sido la clave de todo.

he apartment is spacious and plenty big enough for 8 adults, with one double bed and 3 twin bedded rooms ( no bunks) There is no air conditioning but there is a good flow of air through the property. However when it was particularly humid a fan in the bedrooms would have been appreciated. The views from the balcony are lovely, and the well landscaped shared gardens have lots of cute little seating areas. The apartment is accessed down one flight of external stairs. The pool is also accessed down a further flight of stairs. If you have mobility issues this is not a great option. On the ground floor if the building there is a shared table tennis table and table football for guests. There are 4 apartments in this building but you are not overlooking each other and the pool is plenty big enough with about 12 sun loungers available, if I recall correctly. The pool is shadier in the afternoon as the sun moves behind Roca Maura, but in the morning it’s a lovely sun trap. There are sun shades by the pool. I really recommend this apartment especially for adults. If you have small children you may need to be wary of them possibly climbing the railings on the balcony, but they would have lots of fun exploring the garden The pool is not enclosed. Highly recommend for adults/ families with older children.

View moreTwee heerlijke weken doorgebracht in de mooie badplaats L'Estartit. In L'Estartit vindt u alles voor een heerlijke zonvakantie. Mooi strand , leuke winkels en restaurants en voor de jeugd ook genoeg te beleven. Ook in de omgeving veel te beleven. Wij vebleven in appartement Casa Blanca B.bmooi appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht over L'Estartit. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt super!
